Follow up open quotes without anyone having to remember.
Every morning we check your open quotes and draft a follow-up for each one that has waited too long, referring to the quote and to what the customer said before. Each one is recorded in your CRM.
What is it costing you?
Change the numbers to yours.
“We send about quotes a month, worth about € each, and about in 10 get a follow-up.”
If every other quote is followed up too, and just in 10 of those turns into an order,
We follow up on all 36 quotes that get no follow-up today, on the day your rules say.
Your numbers, plain arithmetic: quotes without a follow-up, times the share that turns into an order, times their value. 1 in 10 is a cautious starting point; you know your own customers better.
How it runs
Every morning, we check your open quotes
The quotes still open in your CRM, and the latest messages about each one in your mailbox.
We pick the ones that need a nudge
By your rules: days without an answer, the quote's value, the customer, the expiry date. A quote the customer already answered goes to your team instead.
We draft the follow-up
A short message in your tone that refers to the quote and to anything the customer asked before. If the quote is about to expire, it says so.
Your team approves
The person who looks after the customer reads it, changes what they want and approves, or decides to call instead.
It goes out and is recorded
From your mailbox; the deal records it with the date of the next one.
An AI agent reads the whole thread before drafting, so the follow-up answers what the customer last asked instead of sending a generic reminder.

Questions
Will it pester our customers?
Only as much as your rules allow: you decide how long to wait, how often to follow up and when to stop. And every follow-up waits for your approval.
Where does it find our open quotes?
In your CRM, or wherever you track quotes today: your ERP or a spreadsheet works too. We connect it as part of the setup.
What if the customer has already replied?
Before drafting, it looks for their reply in your mailbox. A quote with a reply goes to your team, not into another follow-up.
