Privacy

Cosmobuild builds and runs AI systems that take on repetitive jobs for businesses, such as quote requests, orders and invoices. We are responsible for the details you give us when you book a call with us.

Your name and email address, and a few details about your company that you may choose to include.

We use them to arrange the call, to prepare for it so that it is useful to you, and to follow up on what we discussed. We process them because you asked us for the call, and only for that purpose.

We don't sell your details or share them for marketing.

Booking runs on Calendly, which passes the booking to us. The calendar loads only when you open it; until then, nothing reaches Calendly. Calendly is based in the United States, and its privacy policy explains how it handles what you enter there, including any cookies it sets.

We keep your booking details for as long as they are needed for our discussions about working together. If we do not go on to work together, we delete them within 12 months of the call. You may ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of your details, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them: write to privacy@cosmobuild.dev. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
